Payment Terms

To maintain a streamlined fulfillment process, Anchor Research requires full payment at the time of checkout. We currently support Visa, Mastercard, and a variety of other encrypted payment gateways to ensure your transaction is secure.

Please note that orders are only queued for processing and dispatch once payment has been successfully verified. All sales are final. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that orders cannot be canceled once placed and authorize the charge to your selected payment
provider.

We value our researchers and aim to resolve any issues with transparency. We kindly ask that you contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback; this allows us to provide a faster resolution and prevents potential account service interruptions.

Shipping & Delivery

Anchor Research strives for industry-leading turnaround times for our domestic clients. Orders paid by 3 PM PST, Monday through Friday, are typically dispatched the same day. During peak periods, please allow for one additional business day for processing.
